FRONT CRAWL WORKSHOP AT BLENHEIM PALACE with total immersion MASTER coach jai evans
We are hugely excited to be returning to Blenheim Palace to bring you another unique SwimQuest Skills Workshop. What better way to spend a day than to brush up on open water skills in one of Britain’s most spectacular venues, taught by Total Immersion Master Coach Jai Evans?
Choose from the morning or afternoon session, allowing you time to explore the stunning gardens and grounds too.
Your place (£85pp) will include:
- Either the morning (10am – 1pm) or the afternoon (2pm – 5pm) swimming workshop
- Light refreshments (you are also welcome to purchase lunch in one of Blenheim’s cafes / restaurants before or after your session)
- A Blenheim Park & Gardens ticket
This is an invaluable opportunity to brush up your front crawl technique with advice from Jai and the SwimQuest Team. With over 20 years swim teaching experience, Jai runs his own swim school in Leicestershire – The Swim Station. Swimming isn’t just a job for Jai, it is his hobby too – having completed many long distance swims including Lake Windermere and the English Channel. The first half of the session will be a land-based seminar, in which Jai explains his approach to the stroke, and provides advice on how to maximise your swimming experience.
In the second half of this session, you will be given the opportunity to put your new movements and knowledge into practice with exclusive access to Blenheim’s beautiful lake as we split into groups and try out some of Jai’s tips.
This session is suitable for all ability levels, however we advise you should have some open water experience and be able to swim at least 100m comfortably without stopping (in any stroke). The group will be divided into ability groups.
