Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival & acclimatisation

We’ll meet at 4pm for a mandatory safety briefing, where we’ll cover everything you need to know for a safe and enjoyable week ahead. After the briefing, we’ll head down to the nearby shallow bay for a short acclimatisation swim. This gentle session is a chance for you to get comfortable in the water and for our guides to understand your ability level, helping them tailor the experience to best support you throughout the week. We’ll then relax over a welcome dinner and have time to chat informally about the swims to come.
Day 2

Settling in and secluded bays

Our day is designed to be easy-going, allowing you to settle in after your journey. After breakfast, we'll head down to the adjacent bay for our first sea swim, focusing on finding our comfort levels and enjoying the experience as we swim around the bay, out to 'Rolls Rock' and back in towards the shore. During this swim session, the guides will film your stroke above and below the water. Distances are adaptable if the rock feels too far. After lunch, your swim guides will take you to to Cala Saona for the afternoon, a quiet, secluded and spectacular bay on Formentera's west coast. Soak up the sun, enjoy some technique tips and take a dip in this postcard-perfect spot.
Day 3

Coastal swims at Playa de Illetes and Rocabella

This morning we will head to the award-winning carribean-white Playa de Illetes beach for a gentle coastal swim along this spectacular peninsula. After lunch, the SwimQuest guides will offer the opportunity to put new skills into practice with additional stroke technique tips, or the option to swim around Rocabella's headland.

Ferry from Ibiza to Formentera

There are a number of ferry companies offering a regular service (approx. every 30 minutes) from Ibiza to Formentera and back. TrasmappiBalearia and Mediterranea–Pitiusa are popular options, cost the same and take the same amount of time (approx. 30 minute crossing).
