- Taveuni Island, Fiji
- From £2,695pp
Taveuni sits in the heart of the South Pacific, draped in rainforest and fringed by reef. Known as the Garden Island, Taveuni is Fiji’s third largest island – and one of its most unspoilt.
More than a third of the land is protected as the Bouma National Heritage Park, while the Waitabu Marine Park offshore makes it one of the finest swim destinations on the planet. Your base for the week is the beautiful, friendly 4* Paradise Taveuni resort, where the hospitality is as warm as the water.
Highlights
A fascinating underwater world
Our itinerary includes a stunning swim along Rainbow Reef, one of the most famous dive sites in the South Pacific. Stretch out and swim surrounded by tropical fish and coral formations, and keep an eye out for pilot whales and dolphins!
Waterfalls and jungle
Head to Bouma National Park for a rainforest hike with refreshing waterfall dips along the way, finishing at Taveuni's swim-up waterfall.
Where rainforest meets ocean
Colours to dazzle: deep green rainforest tumbles down volcanic rock to meet blindingly white beaches and water so clear you can see the reef from the boat.
Paradise Taveuni
Your home for the week: well positioned, warmly staffed and with the kind of food and hospitality that Fiji is rightly famous for, it's as restorative off the water as on it.
