Nature and the weather can be unpredictable, so your flexibility is important. The below is a very rough guide and that we will adapt the week carefully for each individual. Eleanor and our SwimQuest guides will advise you each day on what is best for you, but in all cases the main objective will be to encourage you to achieve your personal goals. You’re likely to surprise yourself! Remember – this is your holiday. All sessions are optional.

Breathwork Formentera Itinerary

SATURDAY

Arrival

We will meet at 5pm for the welcome, introductions and mandatory safety briefing. We will then complete a short acclimatisation swim in a shallow bay by the hotel. This allows us to wash off the travel anxiety and get stuck into the week! Following this we will relax and have dinner, with time to discuss the week ahead. There will be a welcome bedtime breathing session at 9pm.

SUNDAY

Finding your breath

We start the day with a pre-breakfast breathwork session. Following breakfast we have a ‘Breath & the Water’ swim session, then lunch at Cafe Zulmar. We then enjoy an afternoon swim then a breathwork and meditation session, followed by sundowners and dinner.

MONDAY

Extending your breath

Again we start the day with a pre-breakfast breathwork session. Following breakfast we learn about breath holds in the water, then have lunch at Cafe Zulmar. We then enjoy an afternoon swim followed by sunset drinks and a short inspirational talk by Eleanor called ‘Lessons from Mantas.’

TUESDAY

Exploring the pause

Before breakfast we have a breathwork session, then a morning swim and lunch at Cafe Zulmar. Our afternoon swim has a focus on swim technique. We then have a breathwork and meditation session at 5pm followed by sundowners and dinner.

WEDNESDAY

Breathing for endurance

Following breakfast we have a breathwork session then an extended open water swim (adapted to suit the group’s abilities). We then have lunch at Cafe Zulmar, followed the afternoon to spend your leisure or an optional walk. Afterwards we head into Pujols town for dinner.

THURSDAY

Breathing for mental clarity

We start the day with a pre-breakfast breathwork session. After breakfast we go on a Breath Walk from the hotel to the award-winning Playa de Illetes beach, where we enjoy a packed lunch. In the afternoon we have a coastal swim followed by sundowners and a farewell dinner in Pujols town.

FRIDAY

Breathwork to take home

As this is the last day, there will be a short pre-breakfast breathwork session, then a sunrise bay swim before you pack and prepare for your ferry back to Ibiza..
