Kate Enright
After several years working as a digital project manager, in 2015 Kate made the decision to take on a new challenge opening and running a co-working space and coffee shop, a role which included everything from day-to-day operations to team leadership and customer journey.
The experience of running her own business for almost a decade strengthened her desire to create space for happiness and connection, and Kate now brings her passion for creating kick-ass systems, processes and teamwork to our world at SwimQuest.
On maternity leave with my second daughter I discovered the joy of open water swimming in my local reservoir. It shocked my sluggish mind back into the world around me and gave me a boost mentally and physically which was sorely needed. I truly credit outdoor swimming with giving me my energy and drive back as well as connecting me with a wider community and building lifelong friendships.
