Since I was a little girl, I have always felt drawn to the water. Growing up in Cornwall, it was almost inevitable that I would end up spending my life in the sea. Through my career as both a competitive swimmer and now a coach, open water swimming has played a pivotal role in shaping who I am. Nothing compares to the sense of freedom that comes from diving into a beautiful aquatic environment and becoming completely immersed in nature.
