Sole Use

Sole use rooms give you the whole space to yourself, with a private bathroom and no sharing. The château’s rooms each have their own character – French ceilings, period features and windows opening onto the forest, the courtyard square or, from the north-facing rooms, views over Lake Serre-Ponçon.

Twin Share

Twin share rooms are ideal if you’re travelling with a friend or partner, or happy to be paired with another guest of the same sex – just let us know when you book and we’ll match you. You’ll share the room and bathroom, with beds arranged separately, and you get the same period character as the rest of the château: original features, garden or courtyard outlooks and plenty of space to spread out. It’s the most affordable way to stay at Picomtal, and shared rooms are often where the best trip friendships start.
