We realise guests booked on a SwimQuest trip, or thinking about booking on a SwimQuest trip in 2020 may be worried about Coronavirus.
We have been blown away by the phenomenal support we have received from SwimQuest guests, partners and suppliers. We can’t wait to be back swimming with you as soon as we possibly can, but in the meantime – a huge thank you for your understanding and patience.
As you will know, there are currently travel restrictions across both local and international travel. At the moment, the UK Government is advising against “all but essential international travel”. We are monitoring travel advice issued by the UK Government and the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO), and speaking to our local partners in order to establish whether or not we can run our trips.
At the moment, SwimQuest trips running up until the end of August 2020 have now been postponed or cancelled. All customers booked on these trips have been contacted.
All other trips on the 2020 calendar are currently going ahead as planned. We are monitoring the situation day-to-day and will be in touch with you two to three weeks prior to your trip start date to update you on whether or not your trip will run.

WHAT IF MY TRIP DOESN’T RUN?
We will offer you the chance to move your booking to another trip or departure date, or to receive a SwimQuest credit to use against any trip in 2020 or 2021.
WHAT IF I DECIDE TO CANCEL MY BOOKING?
If you decide to cancel your booking, our usual terms and conditions will apply (our cancellation terms are also listed at the bottom of this page).

This year SwimQuest was awarded a Platinum Trusted Customer Service Award from the online review platform Feefo. This is Feefo’s highest customer service accolade, and recognises those businesses that go above and beyond to provide a consistently excellent service.
Feefo have only given Platinum Trusted Service awards to businesses who have achieved Gold standard for at least three consecutive years. The Feefo Gold Trusted Service award recognises those who have collected at least 50 Feefo reviews in a year, and have achieved a service rating of at least 4.5.
Our commitment to customer service, and to ensuring we look after guests both in the booking stages and whilst on tour is of paramount importance to us. IS MY MONEY SAFE?
Yes! SwimQuest are proud members of the the Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust Limited (ABTOT), which provides financial protection under The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.

IF WE HAVE TO CANCEL
If we have to cancel or postpone a trip because of Coronavirus, we will get you on another trip, defer your departure date, or give you a SwimQuest credit to use in 2020 or 2021.
IF YOU CANCEL
- With more than 12 months notice
SwimQuest will return all monies paid
- With 56 days up to twelve month’s notice
SwimQuest will retain deposit payment
- With 19-55 days notice
SwimQuest will retain 70% of total holiday price for each person in the group who cancels
- With 0-18 days notice
SwimQuest will retain 100% of total price for each person in the group who cancels. NOTE “total price” means the total price payable by each person for the holiday (including any supplements paid).
